What does Chamber Eight do?
Chamber Eight is an independent, director-led creative company from Istanbul. We create brand films, commercials and campaigns, from the first idea and treatment through production and rollout. On set, with AI, or combining both.
Who is behind Chamber Eight?
Chamber Eight was founded in May 2024 by Sabit Başman, an Istanbul-based director and creative director. He leads every project personally, from the first conversation to the final frame.
Do you make films with AI?
Yes, and not only with AI. We direct on set, make films entirely with AI, and often combine the two. Whatever the tools, the film is directed like cinema: idea, performance, light and sound come first.
Do you work with agencies, production companies and in-house teams?
Yes. We can lead the creative from idea to delivery, plug into your brand, marketing or production team, or join a production company as directing talent, with clearly defined roles either way.
What kind of brands do you work with?
We work best with brands that want to be remembered, not just seen: premium Turkish brands, international companies and fast-growing tech startups. Behind the camera, Sabit has worked on projects for brands such as Johnnie Walker, Volvo, Longines and Yves Rocher.
Where are you based, and do you work internationally?
We're based in Istanbul, Türkiye, and work worldwide, collaborating remotely and bringing in local production partners when a shoot needs them.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on scope. After the first conversation, we share a clear plan, milestones and delivery schedule.
How do revisions work?
Each project begins with agreed milestones and review rounds. Feedback is consolidated at each stage so decisions stay clear and the work keeps moving.
