When you use our contact form or write to us, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, company and message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Framer) records anonymous, cookie-free usage statistics, such as pages viewed and approximate country. Why we use it. Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, run the project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Who receives it. Form messages are delivered to us by email through Framer and our email provider. These providers may store data outside Türkiye, including in the EU and the US. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. How long we keep it. Enquiries are kept for up to two years; if we work together, for as long as the law requires. Then they are deleted. Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@chambereight.com. Under KVKK Article 11 you may also apply to the data controller and, if needed, lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
